Kate Spade LucyAnn Glasses

Hi guys!

This post is a exciting one for me to share with you.
The kind people over at Free Prescription Lenses contacted me and offered to send me a pair of Kate Spade glasses frames and lenses to fit my (embarrassingly bad) prescription.

I also received a really cute Kate Spade case:

As well as both a Kate Spade and a Free Prescription Lenses cleaning cloth:

The glasses are a really cool combination of shades with the light blue on the outside of the frame and the multicoloured arms. I love how they are subtle but still eye-catching when you’re wearing them, as the inside of the arms only peek out when you turn your head.

I was so excited to receive them in the mail and start doing looks with them! The first was inspired by the orange and blue on the arms of the frame. I used the colors Slowburn (on the lower lash line) and Gonzo (on the lid) from the Urban Decay Electric palette.

I then lined my lash line with the NYX Vivid Bright Liner in Vivid Delight to tie the two colors together. This is definitely a bright look, but the LucyAnn’s inspired me to do something fun for spring and summer.

Other products used:
Sephora brand lashes in Showstopper
Sephora cream lip stain in Coral Crush
Tarte Blush in Live
L’Oreal Brow Stylist Definer in Brunette
Naked Basics inner corner/browbone highlight in Venus

The cool thing about Free Prescription lenses is that they have a variety of social media platforms that they are active on. Their youtube channel is full of videos that show customers exactly how their lenses are created in the lab. Even though I have been wearing glasses for practically my whole life, I had no idea how the lens making procedure was carried out. Check out their video below where they filmed the entire process of customizing my lenses from start to finish:

If you’re on the hunt for a new pair of glasses definitely browse through their website:ย freeprescriptionlenses.com
They have a ton of pairs to choose from!

*Disclaimer: This is not a paid post. This company contacted me offering to send me a pair of glasses and I agreed. I am writing this review on my own merit because I am impressed with their product and customer service.

Thanks for reading ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. You did such an amazing job with this makeup look! I’m always in awe at how you manage to make even bold looks like this look so stunning! Whenever I try makeup looks with those colors I end up looking like a clown!

But honestly, bold colors just take some practice. The first few times I tried to wear them I totally looked like a clown too! haha
